The program aims at enabling participants to understand and critique theories and practices of educational management in light of current research and professional experience. It provides competences for dealing with cross-cultural challenges in education management and equips students with equitable ways of leadership-awareness as well as strategies and operational know-how to realize visions and abilities needed to lead teams and staff to specific goals. The course will develop individual leadership skills and competencies as well as the capacity to lead and manage change. The program aims to give students an advanced understanding of current management, leadership and pedagogical issues and challenges of the educational sector as well as the ability to take a global perspective in tackling management issues in education.
