I’m the Head of the Outsourcing Department at PB Services, where I lead our outsourced accounting, HR, and legal services and help small and medium-sized businesses build efficient back-office operations while staying fully compliant. My role brings together team leadership, client relationships, and operational oversight — from payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting to contract management and process optimization — always with an eye on helping our clients grow with confidence.
I have over thirteen years of experience in accounting and tax consulting across Georgia and Russia. I built my career from the ground up — as an accountant, chief accountant, portfolio manager, and department head — managing accounting portfolios of up to fifty companies and guiding teams through complex financial and regulatory work. That depth gives me a thorough understanding of both the fine detail and the bigger strategic picture, which is exactly what I bring to leading our outsourcing services today.
