I’m a Team Leader at PB Services Georgia, where I oversee client services and help ensure that every client receives clear, reliable support at each stage of their journey with us. I lead our client services team while also managing the company’s web presence — handling content, maintaining the website, and building out our Arabic-language section to better serve our clients across the region.
My path here has been a varied one. I spent years in education leadership in Egypt, serving as a school principal and deputy director, before moving to Tbilisi, where I founded and ran Sphinx Tour Agency and worked as a freelance web builder. That blend of leadership, entrepreneurship, and hands-on technical experience shapes how I work today: organized, service-minded, and always focused on getting things done well.
