I’m a Client Support Specialist at PB Services, where I help foreign nationals navigate Georgia’s administrative, immigration, registration, banking, and legalization processes. Moving through unfamiliar bureaucracy can feel overwhelming, so my job is to make it clear and manageable — guiding clients step by step through government documentation, residency regulations, business registration, and interagency coordination while keeping everything compliant with legal and administrative requirements.
I come to this work with a strong sales and client-relations background. I’ve worked as a real estate agent, building relationships with property owners and matching clients with the right spaces, and as a sales agent providing product consultations, coordinating with technical teams, and managing orders from start to finish. That experience sharpened my ability to identify what each client really needs and to deliver tailored, reliable solutions.
