I’m a senior client manager at PB Services, where I focus on building strong, lasting relationships and guiding clients smoothly through every stage of their service. Client care has been the thread running through my whole career — I’ve worked as an office manager, an operator-manager, a project manager, and a senior client manager, always with the same goal of making each client feel genuinely looked after.
My background is a blend of the humanities and management: I studied Russian Philology at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and Public Administration at the Georgian Technical University, and I’ve completed additional training in client service management. That mix helps me communicate clearly, stay organized, and handle each client’s needs with care and attention.
