I’m a Client Support Specialist at PB Services, where I help clients feel heard, guided, and well looked after at every step. I bring a warm, people-first approach to my work — listening closely, communicating clearly, and enjoying the everyday connection of getting to know each person I help.
My background is rooted in teaching and communication. I spent more than a decade as an educator at international preschools, teaching subjects from English and math to science and Georgian, and later worked as a game presenter and mentor, where I honed my presentation skills and my ability to stay calm, clear, and engaging under any circumstances. That experience gave me patience, strong communication, and a genuine ease with people from all backgrounds.
I’m a native Georgian speaker with intermediate English and Russian, and I’ve also studied Korean — a reflection of my lifelong love of languages and meeting new people. Curious, friendly, and attentive, I bring all of that to supporting our clients.
