I’m a Legal Counsel at PB Services, where I draft and review commercial agreements — service contracts, corporate documents, NDAs — and help clients, mostly non-residents, through company formation and business setup in Georgia. My focus is on making the legal side of establishing a business clear and dependable, so clients can move forward with confidence.
I hold an LLB from the Free University of Tbilisi and am currently completing an LLM in International Business Law at the University of Georgia, where I was awarded a competitive scholarship for academic achievement. Alongside my studies, I’ve gained experience across corporate, commercial, and real estate law, including work on major investment and development projects, and I’ve represented my university in international law and mediation competitions from Belgium to Paris — experiences that sharpened my advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills.
