Georgian Visa
Georgia has one of the most liberal visa regimes in the world for expats, digital nomads, and freelancers. There are very few countries that need a real visa to come to Georgia. Most countries are exempt from visa requirements.
Georgian residence permit
A residence permit on the other hand, makes it possible for a foreign citizen to enter and stay in Georgia for as long as the residence permit is valid. To obtain a residence permit, a foreign citizen must apply to the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. After becoming a resident of Georgia, the government issues a residence card.
If a residence permit is temporary and not permanent, you must renew it annually. Also, a residence permit can be granted to family members of a residency holder too.

Short-term residence permit
A short-term residence permit is for a person and his/her family members who, based on the rule established by Georgian legislation, possess property (with the exception of agricultural land), with a market value exceeding USD 100,000 or the equivalent sum in GEL.

Applying for a residence permit
With our authorized representative you can then submit your application to the Public Service Hall in Tbilisi. We present all the necessary documents and request your residence permit in Georgia.
Public Service Development Agency issues residence permits within 30 days after receiving a complete set of documents. They may request additional documents during the process.
Our representative will take care of collecting these additional documents as well. In 10 to 30 days you will have your residence permit – almost equal to Georgian citizenship.
