I’m a Renovation and Rental Project Manager at PB Services, where I manage property renovation projects from planning through completion and help our clients turn spaces into refined, functional, and rental-ready homes and offices. I coordinate contractors, suppliers, and furniture manufacturers, select materials, finishes, and furnishings, and oversee on-site works, quality, and timelines — resolving technical and operational issues along the way.
I bring a blend of creative vision and practical project management to the role. With a background in interior design and renovation, I develop tailored design concepts for residential and commercial spaces, translate each client’s requirements into workable solutions, and manage quotations, purchases, budgets, and schedules from concept to handover. I’ve also spent time in senior sales and client-relationship roles, which sharpened my ability to communicate clearly and keep every project aligned with the client’s goals.
