I’m an Operations Specialist at PB Services, based in our Batumi office, where I help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly and support clients through the practical side of their processes. My role is all about coordination and follow-through — making sure tasks move forward accurately and on time, documentation is properly prepared, and each client’s matter is handled with care from start to finish.
I come to operations from a legal background. I hold a Bachelor of Laws from Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, and I worked as a lawyer’s assistant before joining PB Services — experience that gave me solid skills in legal analysis and research, drafting contracts, claims, statements, and protocols, and working carefully within a regulatory framework. That grounding shapes the analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving approach I bring to my work every day.
