I’m a Client Manager at PB Services, where I help clients navigate business-related processes and services and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. My focus is on clear communication and attentive support — guiding clients through each procedure, coordinating the day-to-day details, and being a reliable point of contact whenever they need one.
My academic background is in English Philology, in which I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Ilia State University. That training gave me a strong command of language and communication, which I bring to every client interaction to keep things clear, professional, and easy to follow.
