I started out as a banking operations specialist and later worked in microfinance, office management, and as an HR assistant, gaining a strong foundation in organized, accurate, service-driven work. Alongside my professional experience, I’ve completed certificate programs in HR management and the fundamentals of psychology, which help me understand people’s needs and communicate with genuine care.
