I’m a client magager at PB Services, where I help clients understand our services, find the right solutions for their needs, and feel supported at every stage of the process. I hold a degree in Banking from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and over the past decade I’ve built my career around one consistent theme: taking care of clients.
Before joining PB Services, I spent years in client-facing roles across customer service, key account management, and sales — advising clients on accounting and taxation basics, guiding them through company registration and choice of legal form, and building long-term relationships with businesses, individual entrepreneurs, and international clients from the CIS, Europe, America, and Asia. That experience taught me how to listen closely, resolve complex situations calmly, and match each client with the solution that genuinely fits.
