I’m a Client Manager at PB Services, where my main goal is simple: to make every client feel genuinely at home. I handle client communication, day-to-day administrative support, and business consulting, always with a friendly, hardworking approach and a real commitment to getting things right for the people I work with.
Language and connection are a big part of who I am. I’m a native English speaker and work across Russian, French, and Georgian, and I have a lifelong love of languages — I still spend my free time studying Asian languages for the sheer enjoyment of it. That curiosity and openness are exactly what I bring to my clients: patience, clear communication, and a warm, personable approach that puts people at ease.
Outside of work, you’ll find me playing baseball, making art, or crafting custom table hockey sets — I like building things and paying attention to the details, which is a mindset I carry into my work too.
