I’m a Senior Lawyer at PB Services, where I advise on corporate governance, compliance, and legal matters, and make sure the company and its clients stay fully aligned with Georgian legislation. I draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts — sales, lease, service, employment, and loan agreements — maintain corporate records and statutory filings, and manage legal risk across corporate, civil, labor, and regulatory areas.
I bring more than fifteen years of experience in corporate, civil, and notarial law. Over my career I’ve worked as a senior lawyer and in-house counsel across a range of sectors, drafted founding documents and handled company registrations, prepared licensing and permit applications, and represented clients before courts, the National Bureau of Enforcement, the House of Justice, notary offices, and other public authorities. That depth has given me strong analytical judgment and a thorough, well-organized approach to complex legal projects.
