I’m the Operations Team Manager at PB Services, where I keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly and make sure our team is coordinated, organized, and set up to deliver a high standard of service. My role brings together workflow organization, task delegation, performance monitoring, and problem-solving — I manage multiple projects and priorities at once and act as a steady point of communication between clients, partners, and team members.
I’ve built my career across operations, administration, marketing, and creative project management. Along the way I’ve worked as an office manager, a marketing manager, and a graphic designer and book illustrator — a creative background that gives me an eye for detail and a genuinely versatile approach to solving challenges. That mix of the operational and the creative is what allows me to keep things both efficient and thoughtfully done.
