I’m a Real Estate Sales Consultant at PB Services, where I manage client-facing sales for residential development projects — guiding clients through reservations, payment plans, and handover conditions — and provide property advisory backed by hands-on market research. A key part of my role is supporting international clients with relocation and residency matters, helping them purchase property in Georgia with clarity and confidence.
I bring a distinctive mix of architectural design and real estate experience to my work. With a background as an architect and architectural designer, I understand properties from the inside out, and I’ve worked as a broker advising buyers and sellers from first consultation through closing, conducting comparative market analysis, coordinating viewings, and negotiating terms. I also build and maintain partner relationships with agents and consulting firms to better serve our clients.
