I’m an HR Specialist at PB Services, where I handle the full range of human-resources and personnel matters — from drafting employment contracts, job descriptions, and supplementary agreements to managing leave, terminations, and the documentation our international clients rely on. A key part of my role is supporting foreign employees, including work permits and migration-portal filings, so that everything stays accurate and compliant.
I bring well over a decade of HR and management experience to the role. In Russia I served as a deputy general director, running full-cycle HR administration for dozens of legal entities and hundreds of employees, and I’ve also led companies as a general director. That background gave me a thorough command of personnel administration, payroll, and the fine detail of documentation, along with real experience building and mentoring teams.
